Each summer we have a certain number of spots available for CITs and Junior Instructors. The more we grow, the more competitive these spots are becoming. If you are interested in volunteering or working for us, you MUST fill out the application below before January 1st, to be considered for the following summer (2027). Starting this year, only those who fill out the form will be considered for a spot in the summer. You will hear back if you are accepted or not by February 15th. If you are not selected, you can try again the following year.
We will begin accepting applications on September 12th, the link to apply will be posted here then. If you want to make sure not to miss the application, you can fill out the form below to be emailed the link to the application when it is open.
Since this is a leadership position, we expect the applicant to fill out the application themselves. Parental assistance is fine if needed, but all words should be the applicant’s own.
Space is limited as we only have room for a certain number of CIT’s each week. If you are not chosen to be a CIT, please apply again another year.
Below is a list of skills & expectations for applicants of each position. While applicants are not expected to be competent in all of the areas outlined below, they should have a strong desire to learn and to improve their skills and knowledge in all areas. An applicant’s temperament is also critical.
