Sailing Instructor Position(s): 
Community Sailing Small Keelboat Program
We are looking for two US Sailing certified instructors who are competent and confident on small keelboats, namely Sonars and J22s. Instructors must be honest, self-starters who are organized. Excellent communication skills both when teaching and setting up lessons is required. Ideally candidates are comfortable with adults, who skills range from beginner to learning to race, as well as with underserved, BIPOC youth who may have never been on the water before. Minor boat work and maintenance projects are also a requirement.
Positions can either be two part-time positions or one full-time and one part-time.
Ideal start date is early June through end of August or Labor Day, though start and end dates are flexible.
There is a good amount of daily and weekly flexibility with schedules.
